1. Who we are

RALLY is a fitness, nutrition and community application operated by UtilitySEO Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17055142, with its registered office at 4 Frances Street, Cheadle, SK8 2AE. By creating an account or using RALLY, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RALLY. By signing up you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3. Health disclaimer

RALLY provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training or diet programme, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You may not share your account or use RALLY for unlawful purposes.

  • We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. User content

You retain ownership of recipes, photos and posts you submit. By submitting content to the community (including foods submitted to the shared database) you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within RALLY.

6. Trainers & guided sessions

RALLY trainers provide general coaching content. They are not your personal physician. Follow form guidance at your own risk and within your ability.

7. Subscriptions, ads & payments

RALLY is currently free and supported by partner advertising. We may introduce optional paid features in future. Any paid plans, pricing and cancellation terms will be presented clearly before you purchase.

8. Third-party services

RALLY links to third-party services such as Spotify and health/wearable providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RALLY is provided "as is". We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, save where caused by our negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes in the app, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
